The STOCK Foundation has been addressing the challenges of the influx of refugees to Lublin since the beginning of the humanitarian crisis related to the war in Ukraine and has implemented projects offering them support in many aspects of their lives. One of these is a psychological support programme for traumatised refugees and their children. The support of the STOCK Foundation and the work of our psychologists have helped many people. See what we have been able to do.

– Psychological support for traumatised refugees and their children

– 100 persons receiving psychological support

– 1200 hours of face-to-face sessions

– cooperation with 3 psychologists educated in Ukraine and fluent in Polish

– therapists with many years of experience and high professional competence

– creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can talk about their difficult emotions and problems

– learning practical tools for dealing with stress and trauma

– learning relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises, breathing exercises

– effectively helping refugees cope with the challenges of adapting to a new life situation
