Today we are pleased to present one of the first projects implemented as part of the STOCK Foundation’s Employee Volunteering Programme. The Godów Volunteer Fire Brigade will be equipped with an AED defibrillator along with an AED training defibrillator and a medical manikin. The aim of the project is to both enhance the medical skills of firefighters and provide first aid training in the local community. It will benefit both the community and those injured in road accidents.

The project will involve the Fire brigade, the local community and Stock Polska employees. Experienced firefighters will share their knowledge of first aid and behaviour during road accidents and fires. Such initiatives raise awareness of the importance of emergency preparedness and safety measures in the community. And the dedication of their time by volunteer employees is an exemplary example of commitment to community safety and well-being and fits perfectly with the objectives of our programme.
