Beata Górniak joined Stock Spirits Group in November 2022 from PKP Energetyka, where she spent the last six years as HR Director and Management Board Member. She is an expert in change management processes and employee relations, with over 20 years of professional experience. Beata has led HR departments in companies such as Tesco, Vattenfall, Grupa Tauron, and Saint-Gobain. At Stock Spirits Group, she is responsible for the Group’s HR strategy and processes, as well as ESG and internal communications, working directly with HR teams across the Group’s markets.

She also has extensive experience in leading charitable foundations, refugee aid projects, environmental initiatives, and key social programs. Former President of the Dobra Energia Foundation.
