In Lublin, celebrations were held for the 20th anniversary of the Crisis Intervention Centre in Lublin – a municipal unit supporting people in difficult life situations.

For years, the CIK has been providing free, specialist psychological, therapeutic, legal, and crisis intervention support, available without a referral to city residents. Assistance is directed, among others, to individuals experiencing violence, addiction, personal crises, or sudden life events (such as the loss of a loved one, job loss, or traumatic situations). The facility also offers short-term therapy, counselling (including telephone and online support), emergency interventions, and shelter for individuals and families in crisis.

During the anniversary event, partners supporting the Centre’s activities were recognized. Among them was the Stock Foundation, which received a certificate of appreciation for its social engagement. On behalf of the Foundation, the award was received by Paweł Jabłoński, who was also individually recognized for his personal contribution to the support activities.

The event was attended by representatives of city authorities, support institutions, and non-governmental organizations cooperating with the CIK, highlighting the importance of collaboration in assisting people in crisis.
