Music scholarships

Talent that should not be cut short by war

The war has taken away the chance for many young Ukrainians to continue their musical education. The Stock Foundation supports talented children and young people by funding music lessons, instrument tuition and work with teachers. Thanks to the scholarships, young people can develop their skills, return to their passion and regain a sense of continuity in lives disrupted by armed conflict. We support not only talent, but also its future.

Psychological support

Helping people regain their balance

The experience of war leaves marks that do not disappear once people leave the conflict zone. The Stock Foundation gives people affected by war trauma access to professional psychological and psychotherapeutic help, also provided in their native language. A safe relationship with a therapist helps them work through difficult experiences, rebuild a sense of security and regain the ability to cope with everyday life. It is long-term support that offers a chance to return to a normal life.

Art encounters

Culture open to everyone

Access to art should not be a privilege reserved for people who are healthy, well-off or in work. The Stock Foundation organises art encounters for people whose access to culture is limited by age, health, financial constraints, loneliness, depression or other barriers. Together we explore the world of painting, artists and art history, inviting participants to talk and share their experiences. The meetings spark curiosity, stimulate intellectual activity and help counter loneliness and social exclusion.

Addiction prevention training

Acting before it is too late

People who work with clients of social welfare institutions are often the first to notice the signs of a developing addiction. The Stock Foundation organises training led by specialists that helps social workers recognise the early symptoms of addiction, talk appropriately with people at risk and point them towards the right forms of help. The programme covers different types of addiction. We strengthen the skills of people who, day after day, can make a real difference to the lives and health of those in their care.

Flavours of Change employee grants

Supporting people who change their communities

In every local community there are people who help others on their own initiative and get involved in causes that matter to those around them. The Stock Foundation supports Stock employees who want to develop such activities by offering small grants to put their ideas into practice. We fund initiatives where even relatively modest support can significantly increase the scale and effectiveness of community engagement. We give employees the opportunity to turn good ideas into concrete action and lasting benefits for local communities.

River clean-up volunteering

Volunteering for the environment

Clean rivers and bodies of water are a shared responsibility that calls for concrete action. The Stock Foundation organises employee volunteering campaigns to clean up the banks of rivers, canals and other waters. We work with community organisations and local partners, involving employees directly in protecting the environment. It is not only about hundreds of kilograms of rubbish collected, but also about building environmental awareness, a sense of responsibility for shared spaces and bringing people together around an important cause.
